The wait was supposed to be 30-40 minutes and it was more like 10 minutes.
The lady whom did my hair was very nice and we talked.
She was very respectful, even if she didn't like the type of haircut you get, she still did it and even said she liked it on me.
She said sorry when she thought she was hurting me (the comb was only pulling my hair, which didn't hurt)
The haircut was less than 10 minutes also. Very good company to visit at any location.

Fantastic people. Alway helpful. So much personality among the team. I've had 3 rotator cuff surgeries. They are my go to place to get my hair washed 2-3 times a week. The price is reasonable.
I give this place a 0/5. There was no one in line and they told me they didn't have time to curl my hair. Said they were busy and they don't style hair unless people call ahead of time. They should probably post that some place. Every great clips I've gone to will style hair. Especially just curl hair. Easiest thing ever. 0/5. Will never return.
I love the ease of scheduling appointments here. Update 03/2023: We still love coming to Great Clips for our hair cuts and style! Michelle did a mohawk cut that totally rocks!!!
Took my niece to this location today and was super happy with our experience! We checked in before leaving the house and once we arrived, the service was super fast and the stylist was very nice and friendly. The stylist did a nice job on the cut and took the time to make the experience fun for my niece.
Had my hair cut at this location yesterday and really was happy with my haircut, unfortunately I was sweating to the point where she was struggling because it was so hot in the establishment. The stylists were sweating also. She had trouble cutting my hair because the air conditioner wasn't working
